As of Wednesday, Colony middle and high schools shifted to online learning for the rest of the week, with a reopening decision expected Sunday. Pioneer Peak Elementary is also conducting online learning only this week. School district officials said Wednesday that COVID-19 cases at two more schools Wasilla High School and Career Tech High School prompted them to order early releases at both. It wasn’t immediately clear how long those buildings would be closed to students.

Four victims of road accident laid to rest in Mansehra

MANSEHRA: The four friends, who were killed in an accident in Islamabad on Monday night, were laid to rest in separate graveyards here on Tuesday.
The five youngsters, including Anis Shakeel, 22, Mohammad Faisal, 24, Haider Ali, 18, Mohammad Farooq, 30, and Munibur Rehman, 29, had gone to the federal capital to appear in a written test.
However, their car was hit by the vehicle of Kashmala Tariq, the federal ombudsman on women harassment. All four, except Munibur Rehman, died on the spot and the former was shifted to a nearby hospital. Meanwhile, the bereaved families demanded the government to give an exemplary punishment to the culprits.

She applied for the Aveda Institute, a Cosmetology and Esthiology school, in Tucson and started its esthetics program in September 2019.
âI was always interested and curious about skin care and taking care of my own as early as my teen years,â she said. âI made the decision to go back to school to learn more in this field and be able to offer knowledge and treatments to others.â
